Frequently Asked Questions
What does a typical session look like?
A typical session is private, one-on-one, and customized just for you and your needs using a combination of talking, hypnosis, imagery, learning, goal setting, and more. Sessions can take place in person, at my office, or over zoom.
how many sessions do i need?
There is no set number! Everybody is different and hypnotherapy is a very individualized process. We will start any treatment with a consultation to see how hypnotherapy can help you. We will assess progress with each session and develop your plan from there.
Can I be hypnotized?
Everybody can be hypnotized. I do suggestibility testing to see how you learn and what methods will be most effective in your hypnosis. While the method may differ from person to person, everyone has the ability to be hypnotized.
If you have additional questions about hypnotherapy, please don’t hesitate to reach out, I’d love to tell you more!

I will not work on anyone who is, or appears to be, under the influence of intoxicating substances, including but not limited to drugs and alcohol.

Service and Companion Animals
My office is ADA compliant and registered service animals are allowed under federal and state law. As much as I love all the furry friends and accept the therapeutic benefit of a companion animal, Companion animals and pets are not allowed in the session with you as they can interrupt the process.

The Individual Client is the only person allowed in my office during sessions
All appointments are for the individual client alone, please do not bring a companion with you to observe sessions.
*There is a waiting area if you bring a companion for ride share purposes or support, but for patient privacy and best practices the only people in the office during a session will be me and the individual client.
